Stop Anxiety and Panic Attacks Naturally

I’ve been disabled for 5 years now and have some physical conditions, which led to taking way too many prescribed drugs: painkillers, antidepressants, analgesics, antacids, anti-inflammatory, antihistamines, laxatives and many more… then I got depressed because of constant pain! The pills were not helping. This was two years ago, when I was taking over 20 pills a day and one day, my body just gave up. I was bed-ridden for almost two months and this is when I had my first panic attack, followed by anxiety attacks. In the next few posts, I’ll tell you how my anxiety and panic attacks started and what I did to stop anxiety and panic attacks.
As you probably already know, I thought I was gonna die! NOTHING ELSE was going through my mind at that point.  I didn’t even know what the anxiety and panic attacks symptoms were at the time. I ended up in the Emergency Room, and–as you might guess–that was not the only time. My ER doctor said that I had all the signs and symptoms of panic and anxiety attacks. Not only that I didn’t  know what a panic attack was myself, I never knew anybody who had experienced panic attacks before. Before I even had a chance to look for any treatment for panic attacks, I had another one, and another one…
… about 40 over a course of six months.
Of course I went to the doctors first! Right after the first one, I made an appointment with a therapist but kept looking for more help elsewhere. Most of the doctors I’d seen during that time said that it could’ve been the stress, the meds or the depression that started this, but nobody really knew the cure for anxiety and panic attacks! Being on so many meds, I wanted to find a way to stop anxiety and panic attacks naturally. I didn’t care much about what was the cause, I wanted the cure and I wanted it “yesterday!”. Nobody seemed to really understand what it feels like. People who have never experienced a panic attack often judge the anxious person harshly. The outsider has no real comprehension of what is happening to the person experiencing a panic attack and wonders why they fear to do the simplest things.
Based on my experience, this is not just the case when dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, but other health problems as well. So, I decided to look for help all by myself, everywhere and anywhere. For me, anxiety attacks were NOTHING–and I repeat NOTHING!–in comparison to panic attacks but it might be totally opposite in your case. Although most professionals agree on what physical symptoms of panic attacks and anxiety are, they also say that each person has a different, unique experience while having one of these attacks. What I did not know at the time and would like to share with you is: There has never been a reported incident of someone dying from a panic attack! I know this is a huge relief for those who didn’t know!!!
I was determined to find panic attacks treatment without medication. We all know that overcoming panic attacks and anxiety is not an easy process. I started looking into books, vitamins and natural remedies at no avail. I thought to myself, well, I wasn’t born with this disorder, so I have to be able to get rid of it, as fast as I got it. AND I DID!!! It has been a year and a half since my last panic attack and no setbacks.
Six months after my first panic attack, I found this drug-free, natural way that helped me. You can also see testimonials from other people on this site. You have to know that you are NOT the only one and that there are other people suffering from exactly the same problem.

So, PanicAway program with FREE e-Course was my savior, the product of my choice, the product that helped me to stop anxiety and panic attacks. I encourage you to, at least take a look at it and, please remember that taking meds is ALWAYS going to give you at least some unwanted side effects and maybe even get you addicted. For me, natural treatments for anxiety and panic attacks was the only option I wanted to look into and work on. Again, I’m not a pro, just a gal who’d been taking too many meds (with my doctor’s blessing, of course) for a bit too long…
If you don’t like this product, please try other alternatives and leave the pills as an absolutely last option! This is the best advice you’ll ever get!!! Trust me!

Best Wishes,
Bea H.

PANIC AWAY PROGRAM REVIEW

Here is something little I want to share with you, a review of the product I’d used to stop my panic attacks (click here if you want to check out the product).
There are two things that I wish someone had told me right after my first panic attack: FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT ONE that you won’t die of a panic attack and the second one that panic attack it’s not a mental illness!
Anxiety is a behavioral problem that can easily be corrected with the right guidance and information. That’s a really important point because many people fear that their anxiety problem is a sign of a mental illness. It is not!!!
Every single person can stop anxiety and panic attacks by following the Panic Away Program. No exceptions! But, you have to work and follow the steps. Keep in mind that this is not work that your girlfriend, boyfriend, sister, mother or friend can do for you. Yes, they can help with anxiety and panic attacks but they can help ONLY if you do most of the work. Sixty days are allotted for you to work on the techniques and, if you deem that nothing has happened, you can return the guide and get your money back. But take note that you need to put a great deal of effort, just like with everything else in life.

My only negative comment about this program is that it takes about two months to complete. Personally, I didn’t like that because I wanted it done “yesterday”. Every new day was another possibility of having another panic attack and it’s very hard to live a ‘normal’ life if you’re thinking 24/7 that you may have another one, at any point in time.
As I’ve mentioned in my previous post(s), I’m physically disabled and had enough to deal with already, so I had to find out how to stop panic and anxiety attacks ASAP. I didn’t believe in doctors and meds ( and still don’t J) , so I wanted to find some kind of panic attacks self help program that I can do at home, on my own.

Some of us were lucky to find a way to cure anxiety and panic attacks within months. Most people spend years searching for help from doctors, psychologists, and alternative practitioners. Some never find it simply because they never found the right way to deal with it. Some of us had to try different products and ways in order to find ‘the one’ (had to kiss a few frogs…. J). Yes, for a while it looks like you’re looking for impossible, something that doesn’t exist.

If you’ve experienced any symptoms of panic and anxiety attacks, you probably feel like the ground has been pulled from beneath your feet. Your sense of security is shaken and day-to-day reality can feel a little strange. Panic Away will teach you in a very simple, step-by-step way to quickly feel more grounded and secure within yourself again. The goals here are to eliminate panic attacks and general anxiety.

All you have to do is apply what you learn so you can go on and have a normal life again.

The Panic Away Program is the 21-7 Technique™ is made up of two separate components:
1. 21 Second Countdown – stops panic attacks,
2. 7 Minute Exercise – reduces feelings of general anxiety.

Combined, they make up the most effective solutions for ending a panic and anxiety disorder.
Sixty days are allotted for you to work on the techniques and, if you deem that nothing has happened, you can return the guide and get your money back. But take note that you need to put a great deal of effort into this.
As always, good luck!

I AM BACK!

I’ve been sick for awhile (my neck and back) and now I’m back! STILL NO PANIC ATTACKS!!!! YAYYYY!!! And, of course, no anxiety attacks!

Thank you all for liking my posts and writing (even thou I consider myself a terrible writer :) ). I just really poured it all out, wanting you to understand what I’m talking about. Somehow, I think that we all have to stick together and share everything, starting with information. The world would be a much happier place if we shared, respected and loved each other instead of hate and killing each other. As Eleanor Roosevelt said:

“We have to face the fact that either all of us are going to die together or we are going to learn to live together, and if we are to live together we have to talk.”
— Eleanor Roosevelt

I’ll keep posting, probably not on regular bases due to my physical issues and inability to work on computer for too long, but I will. That much I can promise.

Again, please let me know if you’ve tried PanicAway or any other panic attack treatment and how it works for you.

Best of wishes and good health!

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANXIETY ATTACK AND PANIC ATTACK

Most of us don’t know the difference between anxiety attack and panic attack. The terms “anxiety attack” and “panic attack” are used interchangeably in popular culture, but they have very specific and different meanings to psychiatrists, so you need to know what the difference is too. Remember that it IS important to know whether you are having an anxiety attack or a panic attack! That way you will know what kind of panic attack treatment you are likely to respond to. You have to do your homework first! It gets overwhelming, but there is no other way. It took me awhile to find the product that worked for me.
What is an anxiety attack? An anxiety attack is when something bad happens to you or you’re thinking about something bad and you get really anxious. You can get so anxious that you might even have some physical symptoms. Anxiety attacks symptoms are usually something like this: you might get shaky, your heart might race or you might get short of breath. An anxiety attack usually lasts anywhere from a few minutes to a few days. The main feature of an anxiety attack is that you are worrying about something in your life: relationships, work, school, money, etc…
What is a panic attack? A panic attack starts all of a sudden, out of the blue, for no apparent  reason, and you feel it in your BODY or your MIND. Panic attacks symptoms are different with every person, but you feel like you must be having a heart attack, or a stroke, or passing out, or choking, or vomiting, or going crazy, or losing all control, because your heart is racing, you’re short of breath, you may have nausea or tightness in your throat, and you’re shaking. A panic attack comes on within a few minutes, but can last anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. The main feature of a panic attack is that you are worrying about your BODY or your MIND right then and there, rather than worrying about something in your life. Most people with panic attacks have gone to an emergency room at least once to make sure nothing physical was going on. Panic disorder treatment is easy to find, don’t let anybody tell you otherwise! Just like I have, you too can learn how to stop panic attacks.
Some people actually have anxiety attacks that turn into panic attacks. For example, they will start to worry about something stressful in their lives, but then once they get worked up enough, they will start to worry about what’s going on in their bodies or their minds instead. The treatment for a panic attacks that are triggered by anxiety attacks is the same as that used for panic disorder.
Now, the main question is how to stop panic attacks. There are medication for panic attacks out there but I simply won’t write about that because I’ve been there and it didn’t help me. This is not a professional advice, so please do what you want, I just don’t believe in it! I think as a nation, we’ve been taking way too many drugs for no reason. Well, there is a reason: the pharmaceutical companies pay big bucks to get us to take their meds and the doctors will help them. Trust me on this one! I think our bodies are capable of healing in a natural way, we just need to learn how to do it.
Whether you are having anxiety attacks or panic attacks, or both, treatment is very likely to be effective, but you have to be willing to educate yourself (that‘s obviously the reason you‘re reading this) and then take action! It really isn’t hard at all!

I hope that you find this information helpful.
Best Wishes!
